Xtra Learning Program is XL 6 months development program, specialy designed for fresh graduate or student on their final assignment, to have advanced knowledge in IT Telecommunication technology and real experience of working within XL’s Fun & Exciting environment.
Chosen candidate will receive pocket money, medical benefit and telecommunication allowance during the program, and entitle to have certificate after completion
Requirements :
S1 degree graduated in 2008 or 2009, or Student in 8th semester / final assignment
Max. 23 years old
Min. GPA or Latest Transcript 2.75 out of 4.00
Majoring in any of these following fields:
Computer Science, Technique Computer, Information System, Management Informatics, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering

Requirements :
- University graduate in Marketing or Technical
- 5 – 7 years of sales/account experience in Telco and IT business
- Knowledgeable of telecommunication operator structure
- Has a strong analytical thinking and business/commercial acumen
- Possess strong networking, negotiation and account management competencies
- Highly initiative and customer oriented
- Possess an excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Fluent in English both oral and written
Sales Supervisor – area Maluku & Papua
(Code : SS-M untuk Maluku & SS-P untuk Papua)
Responsible for representing company in that particular area, developing sales plan and the way to achieve the target, developing regional promotion program to acquire new subscribers, retaining the existing ones, and managing relationship with dealers in distribution channel
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any related field
- 3 - 5 years experience as a Sales Supervisor, preferably from Telco or FMCG industry
- Good knowledge of telecom market
- Result oriented and has strong skill in building partnership, negotiation and selling
- Has strong motivation and ambition for achievement
- Good knowledge in promotion and advertising
- Able to work under-pressure with multi-tasking skill
