  To complete the installation process, the application needs an access to BlackBerry, until a pop up request to change the application permissions. Press view button.

Customers should read the terms and conditions of the application carefully before intalling the XLmall application.

By installing, copying, or using XLmall, you are subject to these conditions. If you don’t accept the agreement, you are not allowed to download, install, copy, or use the XLmall product. By installing XLmall, you are considered agreeing to the conditions contained within XLmall.

1. Product
   The product to be installed in your BlackBerry handheld is XLmall application. The application uses BlackBerry.net APN connection.
   The application contains several Tabs, including Home Tab, Application and Themes Tab, Catalog Tab, and Info Tab. All the contents are provided by Better-B. All applications and themes in Application and Themes Tab are properties of a third party or Better-B itself to be marketed and distributed through XLmall.
   All catalog contents are purely the properties of the content provider. Better-B inserts only the catalog script and designs the layout to put the catalog content script in the Catalog tab.
2. Charging
   Charging mechanism in XLmall applies when downloading any available contents, such as applications, themes, and wallpapers.
   Content Fee: Paid contents will be charged when downloaded. Fees vary according to the price displayed when downloading the content to the XLmall user’s BlackBerry.
3. Download Failure
   Any failure in content downloading is not the fault of the content provider, and neither the user’s.
4. Bonus
   XL & Better-B provide bonuses for XLmall users, including:
   a. Free 1 BlackBerry application every month for 1 XL number with BlackBerry service activated
   b. Free 2 BlackBerry themes every month for 1 XL number with BlackBerry service activated
